Rd250, 1976/77 ignition switch

I've looked everywhere, but cant find an ignition switch for my RD, it has the triple connector and 2 separate wires(blue & blue/red). does anyone know of one available, preferably with a key. Cheers, Pete

thanks for that, Amazon looks promising. I have ordered an "F"type switchwhich I'm hoping to strip and use the lock/barrel as this is the main problem.
Previous owner had screwdrivered the lock, I lost my keys on a ride Friday, now to get the seat unlocked!!!
