Orkneys Combination

A local friend of mine has connections with the Orkneys.
He showed me a photograph of an old Orkney registerd combination:-

I think it looks as if it is a V twin, but which?
What make?
What model?

Anyone know, 'cos I don't?

The outfit is a circa 1913 P&M 3.5HP Combination
Phelon & Moore of Cleckheaton, Yorkshire developed the sloping engine as a stressed member and went on to make the famous Panther until 1967 !

Here's a similar outfit - notice the front mudguard style.
