Not sure but engine looks like the same type fitted to early BSA, but rest of the bike don't match, thought it might be aan FN but can't find a model match, do you have any ideas from where you go the Photo from

It looks like a 1913 BSA two speed with belt drive as referenced in my (Roy bacon ) BSA book ~

That model did not have the front brake rotor ~ the other 1913 model had a chain driven with enclosed casing and also driven by the 3 1/2 HP single donkey .

so I looked at the 1911 Model B
and the drive is on the same side as the photo posted. so I am pumping for the Model B with side car from around 1911 also the tank shape matches see below

Phew , I got sick of looking web images and kept getting side tracked.

I 'm with you on the 1911 due to the shape of the tank WW.
Was thinking Tri but the tank rear is sharp.

Still the paint is different in the pic supplied, motor does look more BSA as stated.

Perhaps give Barnstormers an email they may be able to help with i.d?
