bit late I was in Berlin last Sept when Polo had a sale on, found a wax cotton Sprint looks just like a Belstaf, and only cost euro130.

Unless I've entered some parallel universe or had some sort of minor brain malfunction, wasn't there a thread about these very jackets on here recently, and didn't it end somewhat acrimoniously when effin and blindin posts appeared between the main protagonists?
Wasn't the whole thread then removed by the mods?
Not irritated or interested in buying either (really not my cup of tea) but just sayin'.. :206

if of any use Belstaf now seem to be made in India, so are they not a cheap copy of the old UK made Belstaf now, as long as the quality is there whats in a name.

As a retro wax jacket fan I was pretty chuffed to find out that Frank Thomas now offer a Belstaff style jacket. It features a zip out inner liner, armour and all the classic features of a Trialmaster.

I got the opportunity to test it yesterday when I was caught in a downpour riding across Dartmoor - I have to say it stood up pretty well and I stayed pretty dry throughout !!! Here's some pics post ride;
