WW

I had a browse , and despite my first time in there ; -the registration process appears to be in order ,~ although I think maybe there could/ should be some more 'intense' settings; that is more specific options for the administrator ~

(And we reckon we have tissues !! Seems Triples On Line has some real dramas, as they have been off-line for some 5 days ~ )

When the site was set up by 'Admin' it was set up so that when someone registers on the main site, they are set up on the forum too, to save people haveing to register twice for the same site. I suspect users don't actually realise and those that register on the main site (and we don't receive the emails for these) are therefore not posting in the forum. We only receive emails for those that register directly on the forum.

Does that mean if we ban a user name here we are also nailing them on the other site, as we don't want to disrupt the main site, with our settings.
And I hope the Spammer has not realised that its a back door by registering on the other site to get in here.

Cheers

OK that means we may be able to relax some of the protocols, as some new members will have to be checked every day or so to find out if they look iffy or not. at least we know now.
