What no Vincent owners

Howard R Davies founded Vincent in 1924 and won the 1924 Senior Isle of Man TT on his own-make bike but his firm failed in 1927. In 1928 Philip Vincent, a wealthy undergraduate, bought the HRD name and designed a new motorcycle with his own spring frame and marketed it as Vincent HRD, with a choice of mostly JAP or Rudge engines.

Or collect one bit by bit and build it over 25yrs and keep it in the spare room, just like this guy did. His next plan is to fit a sidecar

He started the project by buying a Norvin,it ran ok once you managed to kick it over, think he said the compression was that high you could run it on diesel :53 . Then the rest was picked up over the years, an I think the seats in the bin now.
As I said the sidecars going on it at sometime, also hes looking into fitting an electric start due to an accident he had a couple of years ago. I'll post some pics once the chairs on it
