Whizzer, More registration than technical.

Hi, i'm a new forum user riding a 1938 Triumph Werks Nurburg and a 1948 Whizzer.
The triumph I have registered for road use using the old buff log book but I have no paperwork for my Whizzer peddel n pop.
Anyone know how I might go about registering it? Obviously I don't want to register it as anything other than a 1948 whizzer as despite its 138cc it only has a back coaster brake.

Think you might have to rig up another brake if you're in the UK, as two independent brakes have been obligatory since God's dog was a pup.
Should be easy enough using a push-bike front brake though.
