Was an old guy in ChCh who as a hobby reconditioned carbs, was a guru at it, but sorry don't know his details (may not even be with us ).There was an article about him in a NZ bike mag, but can't find it. :503

I ended up buying a new carb and fitted the ch slide i got at a good price on EBay.
So not much help aye. Surely the people in the restoration biz will know who to contact.
Bob (Nez) Nesbitt at Classic Cycles may know Stu as likely has contacts in Aus.
Give him a call N.Z (04) 527 9608
